On March 15, 2019, a meeting on supporting development of the creative works of young scientists conducting research projects in the cotton industry was held at JSC Pakhtasanoat Ilmiy Markazi.
Mr. Tokhir Kuliev, Director General of the Scientific Center, gave start to the meeting with his opening remarks in which he elaborated on the state of work of young scientists on dissertations on various scientific topics conducted by scientific research according to 2019 calendar plans. He noted the need for comprehensive support for more active research, creation of all necessary conditions for the effective work of young scientists, as well as increased attention to their material and moral stimulation.
Reports on currently carried scientific research works were presented by Mr. D.Karimov, a junior researcher at the laboratory for the automation of industrial processes and labor protection, Mr. D. Umarhodzhaev, ginning, casting and casting laboratory specialist, Mr. A. Akramov, a senior researcher at the seed preparation laboratory, Mr. B.Marufkhonov, junior researcher from the lining and pressing group, Mr. E. Kurbonboev, junior researcher at the laboratory for drying and cleaning raw cotton and production dust reduction.
Mr. K.Jumaniyazov, First Deputy General Director for Research and Innovations, Mr. E.Makhudov, Advisor on Science issues, Heads of Units Mr. S.Usmanov, Mr. R.Jamalov, Leading Specialists Mr. Sh.Shamsiev, Mr. N.Saidazimov gave their opinions on the ongoing scientific research papers and provided their recommendations.
Along with defining the measures to enhance research and solution of existing problems, the issues of material and moral stimulation of young, creatively active scientists were also considered.
Mr. R.Sulaymonov, newly appointed Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Council and Mr. K.Sabirov, Chief Researcher of the Laboratory for the preparation of sown seeds, dwelled on issues that require additional attention when conducting research by young scientists.
Other practical issues related to the implementation of scheduled for the current year measures for research and development were also considered at the meeting.
