November 11, 2016 at the Scientific Center «Pakhtasanoat ilmiy markazi» held a meeting on the results of the Business Plan for the period 9 months of the current year. Key aspects of the implementation of business plans and tasks identified for implementation in the 4th quarter of 2016, were highlighted in his speech the General Director Gulyaev R.A. Head of the Planning Department Babajanov F.A. fleshed out the course of execution of the financial indicators of the plan, specifying the parameters to achieve that in the next period, would lead to positive results of the Centre for the year-end activities. 
At the same time, emphasis was placed on unconditional completion of the established order of planned research and development, as well as contractual work concluded with ginneries and outside organizations to reduce accounts receivable. During the discussion of the issues raised, expressed criticism of the lack of effective functioning of the individual units of the Center – Department for the implementation of new technology, the Centre of Excellence and hotels. The meeting was attended by leaders of scientific subdivisions (departments, laboratories, groups) and administration. Following the meeting, management comments were taken into account, planned directions for the unconditional implementation of the approved plans. In addition, it planned to hold meetings of the Scientific Council of the section to discuss the plan of research works for 2017, which is a basic component of the future Business Plan
